12-hour cold prove
Finish in your oven. 8 minutes.
Process
How it works
Every focaccia is cold-proved for 12 hours before it leaves our kitchen. That long fermentation is what develops the flavour, the open crumb, and the characteristic texture that a fast dough simply cannot produce. You finish what we started.
01
Order your box
Secure your place with a £5 refundable deposit. Before we ship, we'll send you our fillings menu — you choose what goes in your box.
02
Finish in the oven
Slide the slow-proved focaccia into a preheated oven for 5–8 minutes. The crust blooms and crisps. The open crumb — built over 12 hours — stays exactly as it should.
03
Assemble and eat
Gather everyone round the board. Layer the fillings, let someone else drizzle the oil. The kind of ten minutes that turns into an hour at the table.
No meal kit vibes. This is bread culture.

Why finish at home?
◎
Wider delivery window
Slow-proved and oven-ready, the focaccia travels far better than a fully baked loaf. No race against the clock — the 12-hour fermentation gives it the structure to hold up across courier transit.
✦
Peak quality, your timing
You finish it. That means it arrives hot, crisp, and perfect precisely when you want to eat — not when a driver happened to ring your bell.
◈
A reason to gather
There is something about pulling bread from the oven that draws people in. The smell, the timing, the assembly — it turns a delivery into a moment worth sharing.

What people are saying
“
I genuinely could not believe this came from a box. The focaccia was better than most things I've paid £18 for in a restaurant.

The 8-minute finish is a game-changer. It's warm, it's perfectly crisp - it feels like you made it yourself, which is exactly the point.

We did it on a Saturday morning with the kids. They were obsessed with pressing the toppings on. We ended up doing it again the following weekend.

Questions
Frequently asked
What do I need at home?+
Just an oven. Preheat to 250°C, place the focaccia on a baking tray, and give it 5–8 minutes. The rest is assembly — no cooking skill required.
How long does the whole thing take?+
Switch the oven on first — give it 10–15 minutes to come up to temperature. Use that time to lay out the fillings and open the condiments. Then 5–8 minutes for the focaccia. The hands-on time is minimal.
When do I choose my fillings?+
Before each batch ships, we'll email you with our current fillings menu. You pick what goes in your box — mortadella, burrata, seasonal produce, and more. No surprises, no fixed selection.
How is it delivered?+
Via courier, chilled and packaged to maintain quality in transit. Specific delivery windows and logistics will be confirmed once we finalise the first batch.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Yes, fully — and at any time, no questions asked. We use the deposit purely to gauge demand and plan the batch. It is not a binding commitment to purchase.
How do I store it before baking?+
Keep it refrigerated. The slow-proved focaccia will last several days in the fridge — the long fermentation that built its flavour also gives it good keeping quality. Specific guidance will be on the instruction card in your box.
